Blattläuse sind das größte Problem bei Kapuzinerkresse. Die schwarze Bohnenlaus ist der schwerste Schädling, aber auch andere Blattläuse greifen die Pflanze an. Bei starkem Befall werden die Blätter blass gelbgrün und die Pflanze beginnt zu welken. Blattläuse können mit Sprays von Sevin oder Rotenon kontrolliert werden.
